Monday....

I came home from school and the house was cleaned, dishes were done, and a delicious dinner was cooking in the crock-pot. I cannot tell you how wonderful Zach has been through my whole pregnancy. He is constantly taking care of my every need, while dealing with my extreme emotional moments. Everyday I feel so blessed to have such a sweet and loving husband and I couldn't imagine a better father for our daughter.

Here are some pictures from the delicious dinner he made. It was barbequed pulled pork, waffle fries, and corn. ohhhh and a nice ice cold glass of A&W root beer! ( which I can't seem to get enough of)

And then for dessert......

Dinner for 2

I always thought that when I was pregnant I would constantly be hungry, that everything would sound good, and you would see me always stuffing my face. Well.... that is definitely not how this pregnancy is going. The hardest thing is to find something that sounds good to eat! There are a few things that always sound good: guacamole, popsicles, and clementines. Also, the worst time of the day for me is in the evening. I usually feel a little nausea and there is absolutely NOTHING that sounds good. Because of that I end up eating a bowl of cereal, which means my poor husband suffers with fending for himself for dinner. This Saturday I decided that this would not be the case. I made a marinated steak, roasted red potatoes, and homemade bread. It was definitely a hit with Zach, so much that we had it again Sunday night. Little Olivia is definitely a steak eater (who needs chicken!).

I am starting my 30th week of pregnancy! I really cannot believe that I only have 10 more weeks left, it has absolutely flown by! We absolutely cannot wait to have Olivia here. I hope these 10 weeks also fly by :)

ReCap

Over the years people have asked me "Why don't you have a blog?" my answer always was that I would not have anything witty to say...... Well I still might not have anything witty to say but I want to document these precious years of marriage and starting a family so that our friends and family members can feel closer to us and one day maybe our children will look back on this enjoy it. SO here is the recap of the last 3 years........

Zach and I met January 2009

Our 3rd date was giving him an "honor code" haircut

We dated and fell in love....

We went camping

Going camping obviously justifies being a shoe-be

He did a five mile mud run

Went to the beach

Got ENGAGED

We got MARRIED August 27, 2009!

Had our first Thanksgiving

Then Christmas with our families

We headed back to Idaho for school

Everything we owned fit into our car... that has definitely changed

2010 was filled with lots of fun.....

Highlights of 2011

We found out we were having a baby

and it's a GIRL!!!!!
She was really camera shy and would only give us pictures of her cute little bum

We went to Virginia to visit both of our parents and had a great time... unforunately I do not have any pictures to document this since I left my camera on the Metro. We have no pictures from AUG- early DEC :(

But Christmas was wonderful! Thank you Mom and Dad Johnson for the great camera!!!

26 Weeks

So far in 2012...

Zach and I both started back to school. This is my last semester before graduation and I absolutely cannot wait. I started my student teaching and love it. Zach will graduate with his associates at the end of this semester.... and we both wish it would speed up because we absolutely cannot wait for our little girl to come!!!
